
My son turns 3 next week, and I was looking for something fun and new for our family to do for this. I know he loves trains and so I thought it would be so much fun to take him on a real train ride! I got looking at the Heber Valley Rail Road upcoming events and saw that they are doing their Pumpkin Festival starting 10/18!
You will not believe what is included in this!
Bring the kids to this new family activity. Your tickets include a 40 minute train ride with Mrs. Pumpkin and Mr. Scarecrow, delicious hot cocoa and pumpkin cookies, your own pumpkin form our pumpkin patch, pumpkin decorating, face painting and a trip through our “Haunted Train Car”. Other activities will also available at an additional charge. Wear your costume but please no masks.
The Pumpkin Festival will run for two weekends starting on Thursday and going through Saturday Then the Monday and Tuesday before Halloween. Dates are:
October 18th – 20th, 2012 at 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm
October 25th – 27th, 2012 at 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm
October 29th & 30th, 2012 at 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm
1st Train: Departs 4:00 pm, returns 4:45 pm
2nd Train: Departs 5:30 pm, returns 6:15 pm
It is such an amazing deal! You don’t even need discount coupons. For the train ride, snacks, pumpkin, decorating and crafts, face painting and the “haunted car” it is only $15 per person for General Admission (ages 3 and up) If you have toddlers under 3 it is only $3.
