While I was at Winco today, I saw that they had the Betty Crocker Decorating Icing for only $1.38! There was a (regional) $1/1 Betty Crocker Decorating Icing coupon in the 3/10 SS – UTAH GOT IT! YAY! These are the bigger tubes too. Just grab those coupons and head on over to Winco (or I am sure Walmart or Target have similar prices) to get the following deal:
