Simplify your summer with Dawn

I love being in the kitchen and creating and cooking – but the one thing I have always dreaded is cleaning up. I would like to be like my 2 year old – I love to make the mess, but when it’s time to clean up you sneak off and find something else to do. lol. Unfortunately I get cleanup duty a lot, and even with a dish washer – there are still dishes that have to be hand washed every time.

I have been using for years because it works so good. I hardly have to use any and I get a sink full of clean dishes. Not only do I use Dawn to clean the dirty dishes in the sink but it also works great at cleaning my sink up when I am done. My sink is always gross after I get done loading the dishwasher – and before I can wash the dishes that couldn’t go in (like my mixing bowl and attachments, knives, and other items) I always clean my sink out.

You can see how beautiful it looks and because of the great grease cutting power of Dawn, it really didn’t take much. This is important to me because I have four young children who always want to be doing something fun (especially now that it is summer). I don’t want to get stuck doing dishes for an hour. When I use Dawn, it cuts down on my cleaning time of not just the dishes, but also the sink and other places around my kitchen.

Since it is so much easier to clean up – I  have that much more fun making messes with my kids. You can always find Dawn for a great price – and I am always able to use coupons to save even more. We are on a budget, like most people, but when it comes to our dish soap – we choose Dawn. It goes farther and cleans better.

Here is how our Blue Velvet Cupcakes turned out. We also had purple and blue frosting to use and the kids loved it. I was lucky to steal these ones away for the pictures. They ate all of the rest before I even finished taking the pictures. They love helping me bake and cook, and of course I love having them help me.
